Whitehills is a quiet coastal village, off the beaten track. Craigneen Cottage is ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday, to enjoy watching the birds and wild life from the comfort of the conservatory and/or to use the cottage as a base whilst exploring the area.
A word of caution: The cottage adjoins the beach and is separated from it by a low sea wall which is 1/2m high on the road side but has a drop of approx 2m onto the beach and as such we would not recommend it for adventurous toddlers and very young children. Otherwise the area is ideal for children, the beach itself being a natural playground and there is also an extremely well equipped play park including an almost full size model fishing boat. The play park is at the opposite end of the village by the old harbour
It is a condition of your booking that the number in the party does not exceed the capacity of the property, 6 people although an extra child can be accommodated in baby's own travel cot.
One pet per booking, will be accommodated free of charge providing that the pet’s own bedding is used and it is not left unattended or allowed on the chairs or beds. We would point our that there is no fencing to stop pets from straying and the immediate neighbours are villagers and we would ask that you respect their space by not allowing your pet to wander, and to clean up any mess it makes.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the cottage.
