A deposit in the form of a cheque for £50 per week must be enclosed with your booking form and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or the full rent must be paid if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the holiday.

I have read and accept the terms and conditions included in this brochure. I agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, to make good any breakages or damage, and to vacate the property at the end of the period
