TERMS & CONDITIONS

Caution: The cottage adjoins the beach and is separated from it by a sea wall which is 2m high on the road side but has a steep drop of approx 2m on the beach side and may not be suitable for adventurous toddlers or very young children. The beach itself provides a natural playground for older children and there is also a well-equipped play park at the old harbour, at the opposite end of the village and this is very popular with youngsters.

Whitehills is a quiet village, away from the beaten track, and the cottage is ideal for a quiet, get-away-from-it-all break, and as a base from which to explore the surrounding area.

It is a condition of the booking that the number in the party does not exceed the capacity of the property, i.e 4 + one child/baby who can be accommodated either in a cot or z-bed. One pet per family will be accommodated free of charge, providing guests bring the pet’s bedding and it is not left unattended or allowed in the bedrooms. There is no fencing to stop pets from straying and the immediate neighbours are villagers so we would ask that guests respect their space and do not allow pets to wander, and to clean up any mess they make.



Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the cottage.

There is ample private parking at the front of the cottage.


Deposit: A deposit of £50 per week is payable, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday date.

Entry & Departure: Guests will gain entry from 3pm on the first day of booking and should Vacate by 10am on the last day.

Linen: Bed linen (including cot bedding), towels and kitchen towels are supplied, also toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, washing powder, dish washer powder, kitchen & bathroom cleaner, also tea, coffee & milk.
